These services include:
- Pandemic Risk Assessment
- We assess your locations, staff, operations, markets and supply chains to identify areas of high-risk exposure to a Pandemic or Virus outbreak and subsequently develop and implement specific controls and countermeasures to address them.
- Pandemic Business Impact Analysis
- If your normal workforce is affected by a Pandemic or Virus, which business functions and processes take priority? Which of them might be able to be outsourced, or need to be temporarily suspended? We help you assess these impacts and build strategies to address them.
- Pandemic Response Plan
- Based on the outcomes of the Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, we build a plan to ensure you can maintain business continuity. The Plan includes pandemic response team structure, roles and responsibilities, staffing considerations, countermeasures, workarounds for impacted business processes, communications guidelines and company policy templates (for example: Staff Leave Policy, Work From Home Policy, Return to Work Policy, Travel Policy).
- Pandemic Awareness and Training
- We provide training and awareness materials in various formats for your staff and other stakeholders, to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and the status at all times. These range from Smartphone delivered apps, quick reference guides and wallet packs, online and classroom delivered staff awareness, through to formal certification training courses; all of which can be mixed and matched to suit your requirements.
- Pandemic Testing and Exercising
- How do we assemble our pandemic response team and what are their initial actions? What do we do if a staff member becomes sick in our workplace? What if our critical vendors or suppliers go out of business, how might we be impacted? Does technology environment enable large numbers of staff to work remotely?
These questions are best answered not only in a Response Plan, but also via testing and exercising it to prove its logic, content and workflow. We help plan and facilitate exercise sessions that can be simple and over within an hour, to complex, evolving what-if scenarios that span several days or even weeks, to ensure that your response strategy is proven and effective.
